New notifications, events and marketing automation.

We've added a ton of updates and tweaks to the platform to help you take advantage of the spring market this season. There are new notifications, programs, and automations to help deliver a fully seamless experience for you and your leads & clients -- and help you close as many sales as possible.
New notifications. You can opt in to receive email and SMS notifications when your leads transaction timeline indicates they are ready to buy or sell right now. We constantly update your leads buying and selling timelines, but with hundreds or thousands of leads, it can be hard to keep track of who is looking to transact right away. Now, we'll update you a complete list of your leads who are looking to transact in the current month. This will help you contact those leads who are ready to make a move.

New event notifications. You can now opt in to receive notifications when your leads love a property, view a property, create a property alert, and inquire about a property. You can toggle this inside of your account settings. This will help you stay on top of what your leads are up to and spark conversations with them.
Marketing automation. We recently launched our marketing section which is full of amazing email, SMS, and voicemail templates that can be sent to your leads in bulk. Now, you can completely automate this with our marketing automation setting (found in your account settings) where we will automatically send out materials on your behalf, should you opt in.

New training materials. We continuously strive to give our clients as many materials, resources, and tools needed to help them close as many deals as possible. We now offer a few different training courses to suit your needs. You can take our amazing Rainmaker Training Course which is designed to cover all the basics of a successful real estate business, both on and offline. The course is delivered entirely asynchronous and can be found in the Support Section.
We have another course designed specifically around the Communities platform, which focuses on generating as many transactions as possible by leveraging the information inside your database. This course is delivered partly synchronous and asynchronous, with weekly meetings organized with an account manager who will help bring you through various strategies to maximize your lead conversions. You can contact your account manager to enroll in the course.
