Data Feed: Canada (Excluding Quebec)

Nuage is a technology provider with CREA  (Canadian Real Estate Association), this grants us access to a DDF® “The trademark DDF® is owned by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identifies CREA’s Data Distribution Facility (DDF®)”. With this information we can create a custom national pools site, that will feature an interactive map of your area showing a myriad of properties available.

Below are some video instructions to guide you through the certification process, we have also included a written walkthrough after the video to help follow along!

To set up your Data Feed please complete the following steps:

Go to member.realtor.ca and login using your REALTORLink® login credentials.

Click on the button that says "DDF"

Then click on the icon that looks like a square that says "Data Feed"

Click on the blue button that says " Add a Data Feed

Step 1 - Choose the data feed you would like to create (national pools).

Step 2 - You can leave it as is "I will be engaging a 3rd Party Technology Provider to operate my Data Feed".

Step 3 – On the right in the "Search" field, type "NuAge Enterprise Inc" and it will appear below.

Click on " NuAge Enterprise Inc" name so line becomes Blue Grey.

Step 4 – Type your website URL in the required field.

Step 5 – Filters can be set for a National Shared Pool. Filters are not required for Member Website Feed – My Listings or Member Website Feed – All Offices.

At the bottom of the page, click on the button "Click to review your Data Feed before Saving it".

Check the information and save the changes.

Your data feed will be added and an email sent to NuAge Enterprise Inc.

Once the process is complete you should receive a confirmation email, and we will grant access to all our droplets and funnels. Our advanced droplets provide a lot of value to leads and our agents.
