Integrating With Closed Apps

3rd party applications can be a very powerful tool for nurturing and organizing your leads. Most 3rd party applications are compatible with Zapier, which makes integrations fairly simple. For those that do not we can often integrate by sending the application leads via email.

We have included a video guide for your convenience, and some written instruction below as well!

To integrate a 3rd party application without Zapier, simply go to your profile section and select "APPS" at the top right. Then scroll down and select "Custom CRM".

FFrom here you will see a modal window pop up that has options for lead type, language, and droplet. There is also a field to add an email that this will be sent to whenever a lead comes in. Most applications have a custom email you can send leads to, which allows them to be integrated into the platform.

The final step is to use short codes to fill in a template that can be provided to you by the 3rd party application. Below I have included a simple example with our ubiquitous shortcodes:

This is a simple example, you will see a list of shortcodes available for each type of droplet beneath the main input field.

Finally simply hit save and viola! Remember each droplet type will require an integration.
