Syncing Your Calendar

Integrating your calendar with the Rainmaker platform allows for your leads to seamlessly book appointments with you. You will never have to worry about a double booking or someone booking an appointment when you are not available! This is a guide on how to add your link onto the platform, if you don't have your calendar link on hand, we have some handy guides below that go over the process.

You have a few options:

Option 1: Adding your Calendar link onto the Rainmaker platform

Option 2 (recommended): Google (Gmail) calendar link

Option 3: Finding your iCal link

Option 4 (recommended): Calendly link (Major Email Providers Supported)

Integrating your calendar takes less than a minute, above we have a short demonstration illustrating the process. Alternatively, take a look below for step-by-step instructions.

1. Go to your profile section
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
3. Under your signature, you should see an input to add your calendar link
4. If you don't see it there switch from "create your own signature" to "default signature" (you can switch it back after adding the link)
5. Paste your calendar link into the input and hit submit
6. Finally, save your changes at the bottom of the page

• Log into iCloud.
• Open the Calendar app.
• Click on the grayed out "wireless" icon.
• Click Public Calendar.
• Copy the given URL (it'll start with webcal).

1. Log into Calendly
2. Click on account
3. Select "Share your link"
4. Copy the first link

Additionally, most calendars can integrate with Calendly if you would like to use their service as an in-between, it's also free!
