Learn About Your Leads
The lead section has lots of valuable information on your leads as well as a myriad of tools to manage and nurture them. Below we have a video guide outlining the various resources available to you in this section.
An in Depth Look
The leads section is one of the most important modules on the Rainmaker platform. Lets take an in depth look at what's available, and how to fully utilize these resources to the fullest.
The main area of the Leads section lists off each lead and the basic information pertaining to the lead. This includes, contact information, what droplet/funnel they came through, If you have a team account it will show which team member the lead has been assigned to, and whether the lead is being nurtured or not.
Organize and Communicate With Leads
There are various tools available in this section to assist you with your leads. The status option allows you to move the lead and all their information into the deals section under the corresponding status. You also can access the chat section and automatically open the leads conversation history with the SMS button. The email button allows for you to send emails from the platform, these emails will be tracked so you can see when they have been opened, sent, and if they have bounced. Delete will allow you to remove the lead from the platform, take caution though this is permanent and will remove them from any future nurturing.
Utilizing the Info Section
A key resource in the leads section is the info section, this can be accessed by clicking the info button to the far right of the lead. This section has a multitude of resources available to you. For starters you can edit a leads information, simply select the edit button on the left and make any changes you like.
You can also view a running timeline of the leads interaction with the platform. This timeline, located in the center of the modal under the history heading, displays all outgoing nurturing emails and SMS. The emails are tracked allowing you to see if they have been opened, or bounced. You can also view the contents of any outgoing email by clicking the eye icon beside each email (this includes our comparable email).
The last area in the info section displays all the additional information we have collected from the lead, this includes all information from the funnel such as: address, budget, our valuation and much more. You can also see the IP address of the lead when they went through the funnel, we have conveniently mapped this out so you can get a physical location for the lead. Lastly, there is an area to add in notes for each lead, this information will also transfer to the deals section if you assign a status.
Adding and Downloading Leads
We would also like to highlight a few final resources available to you in the leads section. You can enter in leads using the "Add Lead" button. These leads will be entered into our nurturing systems and treated as a regular lead. You can also download all your leads as an excel file by clicking "Download Leads" at the top right of the section. There is also the ability to search for a specific lead at the top of the page.
Partial Leads
We also offer partial leads, partial leads are leads that have not completed all fields in any particular droplet/funnel. These leads often still include useful information like the addresses of properties interested in selling. You can access these leads by selecting "PARTIAL" from the options bar to the left of the "Download Leads" button.
