The Chat section on the Rainmaker platform allows you to jump into SMS conversations with your leads, track conversations between Sarah (your virtual assistant) and your leads, and much more. This article will give an overview of the chat section and what resources are available to you. 

Introducing Sarah

Sarah is a virtual assistant provided to you through the Rainmaker platform. Sarah will automatically respond to any incoming SMS and will email you updates about the conversation, or set up scheduled calls/meetings. Sarah will automatically respond to leads on your behalf, she has multiple responses programmed in for common questions. For more advanced requests we have someone on staff at Nuage to jump in and take over the conversation. You can view all of Sarah's conversations from inside the chat section. To do this simply select the lead from the column on the left, and the full conversation will be viewable from the main area to the right. You can also take over the conversation at any time, just select "Yes, I'll take it from here" located just below the conversation. This will unlock the chat box allowing you to send SMS from the platform. Once you have taken over we will stop sending nurturing messages and Sarah will no longer reply to any incoming SMS.

A Wealth of Information

The chat section provides detailed information about each lead. You can view the info section, see how warm a lead is, and leave or view notes all from within the chat. To open up the info section for a lead select "View Lead" located at the top right of the page. For more information regarding what's available in the info section you can refer to our leads section overview. 

Hot Leads

The Rainmaker platform also tracks how warm a lead is. Beside each leads name you will see an identifier, this identifier will either contain the first letter of the leads name or a profile picture. You will see that the identifier will have a coloured background or border, this signifies how warm the lead. There are four level that will show how warm a lead is blue, yellow, orange, and red. As a lead interacts with the platform we will assign it points, we then asses the total to qualify how warm the lead is. Points are assigned when emails are opened, SMS are replied to, and based off the time between interactions.

More Tools and Resources

You can also assign statuses from the chat section which will move leads over from the leads section to the deals section. You can refer to our deals section overview for more information. Additionally, you can write and view notes in the chat section right above the conversation beside the lead information. You can also search through your leads for a specific conversation. You will also notice beside your leads name in the left hand column, some leads will have a green speech bubble this signifies that Sarah is nurturing the lead on your behalf.
