Review and Customize Your Nurturing
Our automated nurturing is a powerful tool, but it's important that you're aware of what's being sent and when. You can review and customize all outgoing nurturing messages from the nurturing section. To do this simply select a droplet from the list of available droplets. Next you can select either email or SMS, just below the aforementioned options will be a list of scheduled times. You can select any of these times to view and edit the corresponding nurturing message.
Personalize Your Nurturing With Shortcodes And Attachments
All of our nurturing messages are completely customizable. You can use attachments and short codes to provide value and a personal touch to each message. Short codes are a very powerful tool, they allow you to populate your nurturing messages with any information we have collected with our droplets. A short code takes the form of {{name}}, some commonly used short codes include name, email, phone number, budget, and much more! You can see a list of all available shortcodes beneath the message body and save button. For your convenience click any of the shortcodes and it will automatically be copied to your clipboard. For email nurturing messages you have the option of adding an attachment. This can be very useful to add some additional information and value to your nurturing email. To add an attachment simply click "Add Attachment" located below the body of the email, upload the file and your all set!
Customize Your Nurturing Campaigns
You can turn on or off nurturing messages with the on/off switch to the top right of the message. The dot to the left of the scheduled time indicates the nurturing messages status, green for on and red for off. You can also reset the contents of the nurturing messages back to their defaults with the reset button to the right of save. Make sure if you have made any changes that you hit the save button located below the body of the message.
