The action report provides you with personalized tasks for each lead. By enabling the action report, we'll provide you with a proven follow-up system for converting the lead into a transaction. We'll create short-term tasks for getting in touch with the lead and long-term tasks based on the lead's activity.

How to enable the Action Report & Automatic Tasks.

The master controls for the Action Report & Automatic Tasks are located inside the Profile -> Settings. You can turn On/Off the Action Report and/or Automatic tasks. We recommend leaving both On.

The action plan & automated tasks are generated based on select criteria.

Short-term. The goal for the short-term tasks is for you to get in contact with the lead as quickly as possible. These tasks are based on immediate, daily, and weekly follow-up calls based on when the lead is most active.

Long-term. The majority of leads will convert later on (3-18 months) which is why long-term nurturing and follow-up is key! We'll track the leads progress, activity and inform you when would be a good time to reach back out and close the deal.
