This article explains our refund policy in a simple way. However, our lawyers would like to mention that the refund policy you agreed to at the start and by using our platform still applies and prevails over this explainer.

If you're planning on retiring, moving, or simply don't want to use our platform anymore. You may be entitled to a refund.
Before looking into a refund, please check to see if there might be a better plan for your needs or if reducing/changing postal codes might better align with your budgets. Also, ensure you're using the platform correctly by following our quick tips located here.
Our refund policy is similar to all major internet and software companies.
Firstly, our software is sold as-is and does not come with any warranties.
Monthly licenses:
Month-to-month licenses are non-refundable since the remaining time left of the licenses is very short (days or weeks). However, we can provide you with a pro-rated refund on your postal code purchase.
Pre-paid licenses (longer than 3 months):
If you pre-paid for a license, we can refund the remaining license amount at a pro-rated amount based on what you would have paid if you just went monthly (retail) + one-month cancellation fee.
For example, let's say the retail price of a plan is $499 and you received a promotion for $480 pre-paid for 12 months. You're 6 months into the program and decided to retire/ cancel all your subscriptions.
Here's what you'd be entitled to:
Total pre-paid for 12 months: $5,760 (you paid)
6 months at retail cost: $2,994 (what you would have paid doing monthly)
One-time setup fee: $250 (setup fee for monthly subscriptions)
One month cancellation fee: $499 (cancellation fee)
Total cost: $3,743 (total cost if you signed up/ went monthy)
Total refund: $2,017 ($5,760- $3,743)
Postal code refund:
You may request a pro-rated postal code refund. The pro-rated refund will be based on when we pause your campaigns.
Please make sure you have a written acknowledgment from our support to confirm we have received your cancellation request and your campaigns have been paused (if you have a postal code subscription).
