What do my ads look like?
You might be curious to see what your ads (advertising) look like. Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn campaigns all vary by copy.

We create thousands of ads for each campaign we build.
Why do we create so many ads?
We create thousands of ads because users have different search criteria and grammar. For example, someone searching for "Home Valuation" and "How Much Is My Home Worth" are looking for the same thing but the search is different. Therefore, the ads need to reflect the user's unique search term.
If you're searching for "Homes for Sale in Calgary" are you more likely to click on
Option 1: Homes for Sale
Option 2: Find a Luxury Real Estate Agent
Option 3: Homes for Sale in Calgary
Users are more likely to click on ads that are relevant to what they're searching for. This increases your click-though-rate (CTR), quality score, and overall campaign performance - resulting in cheaper cost-per-click (CPC) and better results.
What do my ads look like?
Your ads will show what the user is searching for. For example, if they're looking for a home valuation then the ad will say "Home Valuation | Get an Instant Home Valuation" and if they're looking for homes for sale in calgary then the ad will say "Homes For Sale In Calgary", etc... The ads simplify reflect what the user is searching.
Common mistakes
"But I want to have MY name on the ads..." Why do we not show agent's names or brokerages on the ad? The answer is simple, the user is not searching for you so if they see an ad with your name/brokerage - they simply just won't click it since it's not what they're looking for. We introduce you after we convert them into a lead as the agent who provided them with these valuable resources.
