Create a campaign
A campaign is a set of related ad groups that is often used to organize categories of products or services that you offer. Each campaign is centered on a goal that aligns with the main thing you want to get from your campaign, such as buyers, sellers or mortgages. You'll need to make at least one campaign before you can create ads in your account.
This article explains how to create a campaign for your real estate business.
Campaign goals come first
In the new Google Ads experience, campaigns are created around a goal, and provide features and settings based on the actions you’d like your customers to take. All campaign settings and features will be available to you despite what goals you choose, and you can always make changes to your goals.
Website Traffic
The advertising team at Nuage recommends using the Website Traffic goal. We found this type of goal provides a lower cost per lead then the other goals (for example, sales, and leads goal). This goal works better by harnessing the power of Nuage droplets and letting them turn your website traffic into leads.
Instructions
Google Ads experience is now easier then ever to get started.
Sign in to your Google Ads account.
- From the page menu on the left, click Campaigns.
- Click the plus button , then select New campaign.
- Select “Website traffic” as campaign goal.
- Select a “Search” campaign type.
- Enter in “nuage.ai” for your business’s website (we will change this later).
- Click Continue.
- Deselect “Include Google search partners” & “Include Google Display Network”
- Select locations to target
- Enter your daily ad budget (we recommend starting with a small amount to start - $10/day)
- Optional. Add a maximum CPC bid, we recommend setting this at $3 to start.
- Click Save and continue.
