Nurturing is one of the most important factors when it comes to turning leads into clients. Below we have made a handy checklist for crafting great nurturing campaigns.
Make it personal, no one wants a generic message. You can use short codes to create personal emails while still utilizing templates.
- Catch their attention! have a good subject line, 47% of emails are opened solely based on their subject line. Craft a subject line your client will want to open. Think to yourself, if I saw this in my inbox, would I open it? If no, they won't either.
- Show some value. Make sure there is something to take away from what you are sending out. Providing information or educating your leads is key.
- Keep it simple. No need to overcomplicate things. Provide your leads with the information they are looking for in an easy to digest format.
- Choose your audience. Make sure you make the information relevant for the leads you are reaching out too. Generic information will be overlooked
- Keep track of what’s working. Different areas and demographics respond differently to certain information.
- Proofread! Spelling and grammatical errors do not look professional
- Be the market expert. Position yourself as the go-to resource for all your leads information needs
- Create urgency, get your lead to reach out to you before they move forward. Let them know you have a wealth of information that can greatly assist them.
