Quick tips for platform performance
Not getting the results you want? Here's the difference between top performers and agents who just get by using the platform.

A few quick tips we've noticed that separate the top performers (100+ transactions/ year) and the ones who are just getting a few transactions a year (or none).
Here's the difference between agents who do 100+ transactions and the underperforming agents who only do a few transactions.
Top performers:
They use these main features of the platform:
- Create tasks for follow-ups, appointments, things to do, etc..
- Add full notes/ phone call details,
- Log in at least once a day,
- Check lead activity and CONNECT with these leads.
Lead engagement & follow-up process:
- Call leads within 15 mins and if they don't pick up,
- Call 4 times within 48 hours (immediate, later in the day, next morning, and EXACTLY 24 hours after they come in)
- After 48 hours, once a day for 10 days then,
- Once a week for the next 3 weeks, then
- Once a month.
Underperformers:
They typically don't use the platform features and have low lead engagement & follow-up. We found underperformers:
- Call the lead once or twice then give up
- Typically don't use the platform features
- Don't log in every day.
- Make excuses for everything (bad leads, prefer a different technology, don't have time, etc...)
The top performers use the platform and build processes to take the leads from cold to sold! The majority of them end up going to hire dedicated ISAs to handle the calls since they eventually become too busy. However, they all started by doing it themselves, building scripts/processes then training the ISAs.
