How does the home valuation work? Wrong value? Estimate off? Update the home valuation.

The Home Valuation (Automatic) is based on growth rates for each neighbourhood or city (publicly available). However, this is not always 100% accurate and may need to be adjusted for your particular community.
In order to adjust your growth rates, please navigate to your profile, settings and select how you'd like to change the valuation.
Below: 10% less than the regular estimate
Average: the regular estimate
Above Average: 10% higher than the regular estimate.
Alternately, if you do not want to use the computer-generated home estimate then you can select "Manual" home valuation. This will allow you to enter the estimated value.
