Valuation With Comparable
This droplet provides leads with a home valuation generated automatically on completion of the droplet using our special algorithm. The platform will also send an email to the lead with some comparable in their area.

This droplet provides the lead with a home valuation based of when they purchased the property and the annual growth rates in the area.

Home Valuation (Manual)
This droplet does not give a valuation automatically. We only run this droplet at the request of the agent. For any leads that come through this droplet it is expected that the agent will provide them with a home valuation.
